FLAME-SMOKE PIPED BOILERS WITH SOLID, FLUID AND GAS FUELS

The Scotch type boilers are the steam boilers running as flame-smoke typed, high efficiency, with high volume of water and fully cylindrical. Scotch type boilers may be run by the solid fuel in case of a special design.

Scotch type boilers are the commonly used boilers by industrial plants. Beside the industrial plants, low pressured Scotch type steam boilers are also used for the central heating applications. As the boilers with flame-smoke pipe have high water volume, they are enabled to absorb steam instantly. Such boilers are easy-to-use appropriate for the automation. They may be operated up to 72 hours under the international norms without the control of the operator.

Steam plant consists of the steam producing boiler and auxiliary equipments. Auxiliary equipments of the steam boiler are; degasser, condenser, water feeding system, chimney and burning unit. The system is generally installed entirely as a project.
